This is based on her experience in first year. 

She usually felt “I’m here but I am not here”

This is not a sad thing, it is just a question of existence. What elements constitute existence?

She recalls her mother saying that she is alive today because the day the atomic bomb fell on Nagasaki, it happened to be cloudy in her hometown.

This performance is spoken in Butoh language. 

She used to learn Butoh in japan and she tried to transform her way.

Butoh is constructed by poetic sentences, in order to do that she gathered each sentence from each collabolater of PARTS. Then are these still her movements existence?

🥚Performance text

I would never have been born,  if it was sunny.

On 9th of August, a US military bomber B29 carrying an atomic bomb reached the airspace over the initial target of Kokura.

8/9 原爆を搭載した米軍爆撃機B29 が第一目標の小倉上空に到達するも、視界不良のため、長崎へ移動する。

小倉は私の故郷だ。

But because of bad weather,

It moved to Nagasaki.

Me and my mother’s hometown is Kokura.
