Instead of presenting a finished piece, Bea and Anya invite you to spontaneously witness their ongoing research on backwardness. It is both the physical space left behind, the backside of our human body, and the past that gently pushes us forward; at the same time, the subconscious, the other part of us, the relationship with the world of the non-living and the mythological.

The research unfolds in the installation space of the Working Tower, continuing the inquiry on creative process as archeology - digging up what already exists, instead of creating from an abstracted, “neutral” space. Mind maps, object assemblages, somatic practices, text material, looping movements all make part of a transforming landscape that emerges within this research.
