The known Devil

“I’ve been searching for it my whole life. That inner part of yourself that just wants you to perish and be the worst that you can or ever will be. And I think that I found it.”

The angels, the devils, good, bad, those ideas and points of view are always present in all of us. Even without accepting or realizing them they are part of each of us. In this piece, which, more than a choreography or a performance I see it more as a trip of my inner me to the outside, I have a conversation with one of those parts that I mentioned before. It’s not as pleasant as I expected but it is something I had to realize it could happen. Acceptance and forgiveness are not really allowed in this society, just because not even one of us accepts their own angels, devils, nor their good side or bad side, and that’s why I think after being through this trip that society is in its worst period on the history of the humankind. All because of the seek of perfection and being the example. Two things that exploded since the social media became the base of the human existence.
