Statue Action

Dansand’s meeting point is next to the statue of Leopold II, which is contested by Oostende’s citizens. Actions have been held to protest against it. We want to take this time to question why this statue is still there. We want to show solidarity to people denouncing the representation and glorification of colonizers in our cities.
